Delivery Timeframe

Orders are processed and delivered within 15 to 60 working days, depending on the order confirmation date, factory capacity, and the availability and quantity of products in your order. If the product is available in stock, delivery will be scheduled earlier.

Coverage Area

Delivery and installation are available across all governorates in Egypt. Any delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed before checkout so there are no surprises.

Unforeseen Delays

In case of unforeseen delays, our team will contact you directly to keep you informed and arrange a new delivery schedule at your convenience.

Contract Cancellation After Manufacturing

In the event that the customer cancels the order after the supplier has proceeded with the manufacturing steps, the value of the manufacturing work completed will be deducted from the customer's dues.
