Refund & Cancellation

Refund Method

If the client cancels the contract for any reason, the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method originally used — whether cash, Visa, bank transfer, or other.

Administrative Fee

If the client cancels the contract for any reason, administrative expenses of 10% will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover processing costs.

Cancellation After Manufacturing

In the event that the customer cancels the order after the supplier has already proceeded with the manufacturing steps, the value of the manufacturing work completed will be deducted from the customer's dues in addition to the administrative fee.

Returns After Delivery

After delivery, returns are not accepted unless there is a proven manufacturing error — such as incorrect measurements or colors different from what was agreed upon at the time of purchase.
